lower, over-the-counter doses are used to relieve and
prevent heartburn, acid indigestion, and sour stomach.

Diarrhea,
constipation.
More rare but also
possible are:
Anorexia.
Dry mouth.
Musculoskeletal
pain.
Tinnitus
(ringing of the ears).
